InsurancePriceHub.com is committed to handling complaints fairly and promptly. This policy explains how to raise a concern and what to expect.

2. Scope

This policy covers complaints about InsurancePriceHub.com's conduct, data handling, or the matching process. Complaints about a matched broker's advice, premiums, or conduct must be directed to that broker or their provincial insurance regulator.

3. How to File a Complaint

Email complaints@insurancepricehub.com with subject line 'Formal Complaint'. Include your full name, email address, date of original submission, description of the issue, and your desired resolution.

4. Process

Acknowledgment within 5 business days. Review and written response within 30 business days.

5. Escalation

If unsatisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at priv.gc.ca for data-related complaints. For complaints about Ontario broker conduct, contact RIBO at ribo.com. For Alberta broker conduct, contact the Alberta Insurance Council at abcouncil.ab.ca.
